To meet statutory reporting duties, account openly to stakeholders, and sustain trust.

Key commitments

  • A compliance calendar covers NGO, tax, AML and (where held) public-benefit reporting.
  • An annual report and financial statements are produced, with external audit where required or prudent.
  • Related-party transactions are disclosed.
  • Appropriate information about mission, activities, governance and finances is published.
  • Donors receive reporting per their grant agreements.
