Purpose

To prohibit bribery and corruption in all forms and protect the Foundation’s integrity.

Key commitments

  • Zero tolerance: no bribe, kickback or improper advantage may be offered, given, requested or accepted.
  • Facilitation payments are prohibited; political donations are prohibited.
  • Third parties are risk-assessed; contracts include anti-corruption clauses and audit rights.
  • Accurate books and records prevent off-book funds.
  • Suspected bribery is reported and may be referred to the authorities.
